Our process starts with research, not assumption. We study how people actually use the things they own, where products fail in the field, and what a category has stopped questioning. That research becomes the brief for everything that follows.
Design and concept work happen together, in sketches, models, and quick digital iterations that are meant to be argued with. We would rather kill an idea on paper than in tooling, so we move fast and stay honest about what is and is not working.
Prototyping is where a concept has to prove itself. We build functional models, test them under real conditions, and revise until the part behaves the way the drawing promised. Nothing moves to production carrying an unresolved question.
Our front end development of products utilizes talent and resources in the American Midwest. As manufacturing needs are defined, we can work with your suppliers or connect you with our own domestic and global suppliers.
Manufacturing is not a handoff, it is the last design decision. We work directly with production partners on tooling, materials, and process to make sure the part that comes off the line is the part we intended, at the tolerances and cost the project needs.
